As part of its Anniversary Celebrations, Sports Mississauga recognized Athletes and Sport Builders with its prestigious Ruby Anniversary Certificate.
Ed Fernandes was recognized as one of our 40th Anniversary Ruby Certificate Sport Builders for all his work supporting the development of Field Hockey in Sauga and way beyond. Through his leadership, and coaching, numerous athletes have developed a love for the game and competed Provincially, Nationally & Internationally; many earning post secondary scholarships. Thanks Ed, recognized as being a true gem supporting grassroots sport in Field Hockey.
